Born in Liguria, Lorenzo Dabove works and lives in Milan and is unanimously considered the best Italian expert about Belgian beer, known at world level for his strenght in promotin traditional lambic and Italian craft beer.
He's a teacher for Slowfood for the "Master of Food" lessons, he holds regulary public tastings and beer culture lessons.
He's also the main judge in the homebrewing competitions. He's been hosted in many TV and radio programs in Italy and abroad, and his articles appeared on many Italian and foreign magazines.
