Born in Puglia in 1955, he lives and works in Florence where he graduated in Architecture in 1980. Since 1989 he has taught Production Technology at the I.S.I.A. (Higher Institute for Artistic Industries) of Florence. Together with a group of Florentine architects he founded in 1990 MADE, a cultural association and exhibition space that promotes initiatives related to architecture and design. He is in charge of the artistic direction of various companies and participates in numerous national and international exhibitions.
The collaboration with Sandra Laube was born in 1992 - Studio Cisotti Laube which works in various fields of design such as furniture, objects, exhibitions and graphics. Cisotti Laube collaborates with important names in Italian and international design. Their products have received international recognition and are part of important museums around the world such as: Museum für Angewandte Kunst, Frankfurt, Triennale Design Museum, Milan, Museum of Decorative Arts and Design in Gent, Museum of Design in Cape Town, Groninger Museum, Groningen , Vestlandske Kunstindustrimuseet, Bergen.
